Sarah C weaves together frequency, breath, and energy to create deeply restorative and expansive soundscape experiences.
Integrating her training in breathwork, she crafts 360° sound experiences that guide participants into altered states of awareness — where the nervous system softens and the heart opens.
Solfeggio frequencies are often combined with natural sounds, and deep rhythmic tracks that mirror the emotional and energetic arc of the group.
These sessions are designed for wellness brands, retreats, and conscious events that want to create something unique: an experience that transcends entertainment and becomes transformation.
She is also the co-creator of AWAKEN, a 2.5-hour immersive experience for nervous system reset, energetic awakening, and deep relaxation, offered in the UK and Ibiza.
