I have spent more than 15 years building and leading brands in corporate boardrooms and fast-growth startups. I have scaled multi-seven-figure businesses, shaped acquisition strategies and mentored senior leaders to step into their vision with clarity.
My own journey through burnout, reinvention and deep self-inquiry during the pandemic brought me back to one organising principle, aliveness.
